Who we are

What we collect

When you send a booking or enquiry form, we collect what you enter:

• Your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number.
• Event details: event type, date, location and your message.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes that conversation under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and manage a booking if you go ahead. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Legal basis

We process your details with your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and where needed to take steps towards a contract you have asked for.

Who we share it with

• Our website host, Cloudflare, which processes form submissions.
• Zoho Mail, which hosts the inbox your enquiry is sent to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to reply and to arrange your booking. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us. If you are not happy with our reply, you can contact Israel's Privacy Protection Authority.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
