About these terms

These terms apply to bookings, courses and party space rental with DuttyF DJ. A booking is confirmed only when both sides agree in writing and the agreed payment is made.

Bookings

• Fees and payment: the fee, any deposit and when payment is due are agreed in writing when the booking is confirmed.
• Set times and running order: agreed in writing before the event.
• Venue: the client makes sure the venue provides power, space, access and any agreed equipment, including the sound system.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms are agreed in writing when the booking is confirmed.

Courses

DJ courses are not open yet. Course terms will be published before lessons start.

Party space rental

• Party spaces are inquiry options. Who provides the space, and whose terms apply, is confirmed in writing for each inquiry.
• A space is reserved only once the date is confirmed in writing and the agreed payment is made.
• Deposit, damage, cleaning, capacity, hours, noise and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing for each space.

Recordings and media

Filming or recording a performance, and how photos and videos from an event may be used, are agreed in writing at booking.
